It has been a fantastic experience to write ´This Blurred Abyss’, a piece for Voice (Ả Đào), Objects, Đàn Bầu, with Amplification and 4-Channel Electronics, as one of the commissioned composers by TRAIECT (Traditionelle Asiatische Instrumente und Elektronik) for its IV edition dedicated to Vietnam. This project is supported by the Hannoversche Gesellschaft für Neue Musik and directed by Joachim Heintz.

The piece is written for Vũ Thị Thùy Linh and Ngô Trà My, two talented and committed Vietnamese musicians with whom we had the opportunity to work in April during a week of activities including workshops, lectures and concerts in Hanover. After all these months of work, the results of this project will be shared with the public of Hanover, Bremen and Berlin from 21-29 November at three concerts, three talks, and one installation that presents what has been our creative process.
